honestly, i almost woudl ve been happy here, but the elevator was out of service, and i was made to lug my suitcase up the stairs. also, did i really have to call multiple times just to get info about the shuttle? i expected more, but it's clear they treat every guest like a nobody.

staying at the hampton inn was a pleasant surprise during my long trip. the room was clean, and i loved the convenience of free parking. breakfast was decent, and the staff were helpful throughout my stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right from check-in.

The shuttle service to the airport leaves quite early, around 9:15 a.m., which forced us to pay for an Uber to our flight.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for our early morning flight. The clean and updated bathroom in our room was a refreshing touch. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was well-maintained throughout the morning.

The front desk staff during our check-in was nice, but service was lacking the next morning.

We had a pleasant stay, using two rooms with the kids. The breakfast was a hit with various yummy options, and the hotel was close to Pacifica Pier, where we had a fun time exploring. The free parking was a big plus!

My kids wished there were more activities for families on site.

i really enjoyed my stay as everything was clean and the breakfast area had a good variety of options replenished throughout the morning. You'll love that there are beautiful parks like central park and the seabird sanctuary just a short walk away for a leisurely afternoon stroll.
